At Be Yoga & Wellness, our Pilates Reformer class provides a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones, complementing our yoga practices. Using the reformer machine, you'll engage in controlled movements that enhance core stability, flexibility, posture, and overall muscle balance. With small class sizes—only 6 participants—each session guarantees you receive plenty of attention and support. Classes will vary weekly, as our instructors introduce different physical emphases on specific body parts and incorporate diverse reformer equipment, such as the jump box. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is adaptable to all fitness levels and provides a challenging yet low-impact workout to help you achieve a lean, strong physique, while also supporting your overall wellness journey.
