Taylor Krymusa is a compassionate holistic nutritionist with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry. With a solid foundation in nutritional science, fitness instruction, and a passion for preventative health, Taylor empowers clients to achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit through personalized care and education.

Taylor's journey began at the University of Alberta, where she studied Human Nutritional Science and developed a deep interest in endocrinology, microbiology, and women’s health. This foundation led her to embrace a holistic approach to preventative medicine, inspiring her to earn certifications in Nutrition Therapy from the internationally recognized Nutrition Therapy Institute in Arvada, Colorado.

Beyond her expertise in nutrition, Taylor is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, bringing decades of experience in group and one-on-one settings. She has worked with diverse populations, including older adults, individuals with Alzheimer's,

those managing physical or mental impairments, and teens. Taylor currently leads spin, strength, and circuit training classes and provides personal training to help clients integrate physical fitness into their lives.

Taylor specializes in addressing digestive health, managing chronic conditions, and fostering sustainable lifestyle changes. Her services include customized nutrition plans, wellness coaching, and engaging group workshops designed to meet individual needs. As a mother of three, she understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst a busy schedule and offers practical, relatable solutions to her clients.
