Kids Aerial Yoga | Mondays 4:30-5:20pm

This class is specifically created for children (ages 8-12 years) to develop self-confident, personal awareness and appreciation while focusing on breathing and strengthening their bodies.

Aerial Yoga | Mondays 5:30-6:20pm

Take your practice to the skies! Join us for a basic zero-gravity yoga class moving through traditional poses with the help of a silk hammock attached to the ceiling. Using the silk as a prop; you can take your lunges, backbends and inversions to a whole new level. The class will help to demonstrate simple wrist and ankle locks important to advance through an aerial practice and set you up to fly. All levels of practice welcome to come out and play!
