Your intro period helps you figure out how often you'll attend, and from there, we’ll help you find the best way to continue—whether it’s class passes or an unlimited membership.

Best Classes for Beginners:

Yoga: Hatha, Yin, Gentle Yoga, Restorative, or Meditation.
Pilates: Start with a Reformer class or a private session.

In addition to our diverse classes, we offer a variety of wellness services to support your overall well-being, including:

How to Prepare for Class:

  • Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel (for hot classes).

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes before class to settle in.

  • Hydrate beforehand to support your movement.

  • Avoid heavy, big meals 2 hours prior to practice.

  • Wear breathable clothing that allows movement.

Studio Guidelines for Practice

  • Remove shoes before entering studio.

  • Turn off mobile devices to maintain a peaceful space.

  • Observe silence in yoga rooms for quiet reflection.

  • Let your teacher know about injuries or concerns before class.

  • Avoid strong fragrances to respect those with sensitivities.

  • Orient yourself on your mat in a traditional way, with head towards the teacher or the alter.

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid cancellation fees.
