while our individual choices and effort will ultimately determine our personal fitness success, working out with friends and family who share similar wellness goals is the best way to help you stay on course and turn your goals into a lifestyle.
each 60 minutes holistic training and coaching session is open to up to 4 people. while having similar goals and limitations with workout partners is always a bonus, everyone will be guided through a highly personalized set of instructions that will progressively move them along. sessions will include weight training, bosu, bands, trx and more.
these sessions are further complimented by individually booking an in-depth holistic makeover consultation

Meet Michelle, Holistic Makeover Specialist with over 35 years in Alternative Health and Fitness.
Michele has dedicated the last 35 years exploring her physical body and sharing her passion to strengthen and heal it in holistic ways. Starting her career as a personal fitness trainer, its hard to find a certificate she does not hold in her back pocket. Throughout her career she has been an active member in her community, devoting herself to councils and networks whenever health and wellness was at the forefront. Always looking for new and innovative ways to work with her clients, she became versed with the TRX and master trainer bosu and trigger point therapy, eventually moving on to teach others how to use these powerful fitness tools. Realizing early on the importance of whole-body fitness, Michele became a protrainer nutrition and wellness specialist, a body groove instructor, a pilates instructor, and a yoga instructor; truly making her one of the most versatile and skilled trainers you could work with. Michele recognized early in her career that the physical body was such a minute part of wellness, and that the energy of our cells is shaped by what we are ingesting energetically, mentally, and nutritionally. Michele blends neuroscience of habits, mindset, and energy to help you reclaim youthful vitality. Firmly believing that we each hold the potential for connecting with bliss, Michele is an excellent resource for helping you achieve that peace, love, and joy within.
